I been to so many car showroom. Their customer service is poor. BMW Reading is best.

The centre is going through some changes with admin staff meaning I had to chase a few things which would normally be automatic. For example, no copy of order form and no invoice, meaning I was asked to send money before receiving any paperwork.

Alex Metcalfe came in on his day off to do the handover. During the purchase he took time to take me through the vehicle, changes since I purchased my last vehicle.

Delivery was slightly delayed but had read kept updated by the centre about that. Sales manager Tod was really helpful and informative

Delays in delivery of car, then the wrong spec car delibered. However, sales manager most apologetic and accommodating.

Overall good experience, however could have had more proactive communication. This ultimately though comes down to how busy the sales team are.

Nice friendly greeting from reception staff. Sales executive Hamza Khan was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and purchasing process. Well presented, polite and patient. He and his colleague Phil worked very hard for me.

George was fantastic, kept updated..only issue I had was being told at 17.30 the day before that my appointment needed to be moved due to lack of courtesy car. not impressed but George deserves the 5 Stars

All of my dealings have generally been very positive. The only issue was a spell where staff absences resulted in no availability for service, requiring me to find alternative provision.

I was approached by phone presumably to confirm my next service. In addition my Mot was added. When I arrived at 8am it appeared that nobody recognised this. I was kept waiting 5 hours. To save time the car was not washed.

The garage was very clean, the service writer (Dan) was very nice, and all the work was completed well. I took a star off because it took two days for an MoT, which is not a long job.

I booked 2 months ago and purely had to wait for 2 months to get the car to the service because then only they could offer me a courtesy car. And it so happened after all the wait I had no courtesy car on the day of the service.
