Two warning lights on when booked in for routine service. Both lights still on after the service. My partner not treated well when she paid the bill. Driving home with two red lights on frightened her. I complained, car fixed perfectly afterwards.

Very poor experience. Booked an 8:30 sit and wait MOT. @10:20 the MOT had not even been started. The advisor did not approach me at any point. The car then had to be kept overnight for damage to a tyre and was not ready until the following afternoon.

This is the first time that I have not been happy with my experience with BMW. A mess up with the booking on the system meant I had to come back a second time to get this done. told an hour to 1.30 hours and still left to sit there for over 2 hours

Check in fine but did not telephone me until 16:40 to advise on collection. It takes 1 1/4 hours to travel by public transport so just made it in time before they closed. Person who cleaned car left empty squash bottle in door pocket. Careless.

I was told that the car needed cleaning under the bonnet. But this is an iX, so accessing the bonnet is supposed to be authorised mechanics only. Given the car was valeted for free I'm surprised this wasn't done. Otherwise, excellent service.

Staff are lovely but someone dropped the ball on my last visit. I had to call a few times to check when the car was ready. The inspection video was sent when I got to the showroom. The car was not cleaned and the protective seat covers were still on.

Recovered promptly, but the car wasn't even logged on arrival and communication was poor throughout. A simple charging fault diagnosis took weeks, multiple chases, and £700 to resolve. Fixed in the end - process far more painful than it needed to be.

Regrettably, I was led to believe there were major works costing about £1700. I went to an independent BMW i3 specialist who was able to diagnose the issue which was related to an MOT being done and all that was required was a brake fluid top up.

had an appointment to have a replacement tyre fitted and when I got there they didn't have the tyre for my car so had to come back another day. I returned the tyre was fitted but also a vehicle check was undertaken, which was completely unnecessary

The work on my car seemed to be carried out efficiently. The airbags were replaced and the cat cleaned, and some helpful advisories regarding break pads. The young guy who carried out the work was very polite, (I can't remember his name).
