I was led through the process by Dan. The way he approached each step was brilliant. He's someone that speaks clearly, explains well and is happy to answer all questions. The Centre was welcoming and a lovely place to look at gorgeous cars.

Staff are lovely but someone dropped the ball on my last visit. I had to call a few times to check when the car was ready. The inspection video was sent when I got to the showroom. The car was not cleaned and the protective seat covers were still on.

Everyone was very helpful, especially Hannah. We were told how much the service would cost and the car was ready for collection as promised. Can't ask for more.

Recovered promptly, but the car wasn't even logged on arrival and communication was poor throughout. A simple charging fault diagnosis took weeks, multiple chases, and £700 to resolve. Fixed in the end - process far more painful than it needed to be.

Regrettably, I was led to believe there were major works costing about £1700. I went to an independent BMW i3 specialist who was able to diagnose the issue which was related to an MOT being done and all that was required was a brake fluid top up.

I was told I would be waiting for about 2 hrs it ended up being 2.45 however my car was cleaned outside and out which was pleasing and I was kept informed which is what I believe good customer service.

They did lost all the notes from the first visit to repair the rear diff. I had to explain what was happening every time. They didn't have a clue why I was brining my car back in to repair the rear diff. Poor communication and not professional.

Able to fit my Vehical in right before Christmas close down, did everything I asked at short notice, diagnosed failing Spark plugs, and Vehical heath check showed up a large cut in Rear tyre, which I was unaware of.

had an appointment to have a replacement tyre fitted and when I got there they didn't have the tyre for my car so had to come back another day. I returned the tyre was fitted but also a vehicle check was undertaken, which was completely unnecessary

The work on my car seemed to be carried out efficiently. The airbags were replaced and the cat cleaned, and some helpful advisories regarding break pads. The young guy who carried out the work was very polite, (I can't remember his name).

I doubt that they serviced the car properly in Oct 2024. It required an engine oil change in just 12000 miles instead of 20,000 miles. Would you care to tell me why was this required?

I had a previous advisory to fix a rod, this seized as I left the repair until my MOT. In future for this repair it would be good to advise that the rod can seize and BMW ask for an immediate repair. I feel let down because I required extra parts.

It was initially difficult to make a while-you-wait booking. The initial problem has not been fully resolved despite having the car back again for a second day. I was allowed to leave on my first without being warned about a screw found in my tyre.
